Cancellations

• There are no penalties if appointment is cancelled up to 48 hours before the start of the session.  

• If cancelled within 48 hours and the session was unable to be filled, 50% of the cost of a session will be added on at the time of next session.

"No-show" or Late Arrivals

• If the client does not show for appointment without contacting the business, 50% of the cost of the session will be due at next appointment. 

• If client is late for the session, do not expect additional time added to the session. Please be mindful of the therapist's time and other appointments. 

• If client arrives 15 minutes after the start of the session, that may be considered a "no-show" and session may no longer be available. Please contact Sarah at     (920) 209-0788 if you are running late but still hoping to make your appointment. 

Standard Practice Procedures

• Allevo Therapeutic Bodywork Therapists follow the Standards of Practice set forth by American Massage Therapy Association

• If any clients exhibit any sexual conduct the session will be ended with full charge of the session and the client will be asked to leave. Any sexual misconduct will not be accepted.

• Early arrivals are appreciated to complete any intake forms. If arriving earlier than 15 minutes prior to session your therapist may be in session or preparing the space for the next session. 

• Privacy Policy to protect your private information applies to all Wix users, including unregistered visitors, registered users, and premium users (collectively, “Users”, “you”, or “your”), and to all Wix services.
