Who we are

Allevo Therapeutic Bodywork LLC ("Allevo," "we," "us") is a Wisconsin limited liability company operating a licensed massage therapy practice at 137 S Cross St, Suite 1D, Oconomowoc, WI 53066. Using our website and booking flow

Our website (allevotherapeutics.com) and online booking system are provided to help you learn about our services and schedule appointments. By using the booking form, you represent that the information you provide (name, contact details, health history via the intake form) is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Deliberately misrepresenting health information that could affect your safety during a session may result in cancellation of the appointment.

Appointment terms

Cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, payment, and standard practice conduct are covered on our Policies page. Those terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

SMS program terms

These terms govern Allevo's transactional SMS program for appointment communications. Our full data-handling policy is on the Privacy Policy page.

Program overview

• Purpose: transactional appointment messages only — booking confirmation, appointment reminders (about 24 hours before your session), reschedule and cancellation notices, and pre-session intake reminders when applicable
• What we don't send: marketing or promotional text messages, newsletters, upsells, or third-party offers

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile phone number on the booking form at allevotherapeutics.com/book and submitting your booking. The phone field is optional, and the following disclosure appears directly beneath it:

By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Allevo Therapeutic Bodywork about this appointment — booking confirmation, a reminder about 24 hours ahead, and any reschedule or cancellation notices. These are transactional messages only; we do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies (typically fewer than five per booking). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for support. Consent is not a condition of booking — you can leave this field blank and we'll contact you by email, or provide a mobile number to receive SMS updates.

Consent is direct and specific to Allevo Therapeutic Bodywork. It is not bundled into any other agreement, and consent to receive SMS is not a condition of receiving therapeutic services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the activity on your appointment. Most clients receive fewer than five messages per booking (typically: one confirmation on booking, one reminder about 24 hours before the session, and any additional messages if the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled).

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to messages you send and receive. Check with your carrier for details about your text-messaging plan.

How to opt out

You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. You'll receive a single confirmation message and then no further SMS from us. You will still receive email confirmations and reminders unless you also unsubscribe from those.

No sharing of opt-in data

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information collected by Allevo are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes, and are not sold under any circumstances. We share your number only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering the transactional messages described above.

Service availability

Our SMS program is available to clients in the United States. Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier's network conditions; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

Please don't use our SMS number for anything other than communicating about your appointment. Automated or bulk messages sent to our number, harassment, or attempts to disrupt the service are not permitted and may result in your number being blocked from further communication.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our website, booking flow, or SMS program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

Massage therapy involves physical touch and inherent physical response. Sarah, LMT will provide services within the standards of practice set by the American Massage Therapy Association. To the extent permitted by Wisconsin law, Allevo's aggregate liability arising out of your use of our website, booking flow, or SMS program is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
